What Is the Web Dashboard?

The Yomio web dashboard is a full-featured companion to the mobile app. Sign in at yomio.app from any desktop or mobile browser to access your expenses, analytics, products, calendar, AI copilot, and account settings — all synced with your mobile data in real time.

  • • Access all your expenses and income entries from a larger screen
  • • View analytics charts and category breakdowns with more detail
  • • Browse your full product catalog and search/filter items
  • • Use the AI Copilot to ask questions about your spending
  • • Manage settings, categories, accounts, and family sharing
  • • Scan receipts by uploading images directly from your computer

Signing In

Use the same account credentials you use in the mobile app.

Visit yomio.app

Open your browser and go to yomio.app

Tap Sign In

Click the Sign In button in the top-right corner

Enter your credentials

Sign in with email/password, Google, or Apple — the same methods available in the mobile app

Access the dashboard

After authentication you're redirected to the dashboard home page showing your expenses

💡Shared Account

Your web dashboard and mobile app share the same account. Any changes made on the web are instantly reflected in the mobile app, and vice versa.

Dashboard Pages

The web dashboard provides the following pages, accessible from the side navigation:

Expenses

View, search, filter, and manage all your expenses and income. Same data as the mobile Home screen.

Analytics

Spending trends, category breakdowns, top merchants, budget burndown, and account breakdowns — the same charts as the mobile Statistics tab.

Products

Browse all individual line items extracted from receipts. Search, sort, and filter by category, merchant, or date.

Calendar

Calendar view of your expenses. Click any date to see that day's transactions.

Yopilot

AI Copilot chat interface — ask questions about your spending in natural language.

Achievements

View your streak, XP, level, and all achievements.

Weekly Report

Your latest weekly spending summary.

Scan History

View the processing status of all your receipt uploads.

Settings

Profile information, currency, language, theme, and notification preferences.

Accounts

Manage your deposit accounts (Cash, Card, Bank Account, etc.).

Categories

View, create, and manage custom categories. Toggle built-in categories on or off.

Change Password

Update your account password.

Uploading Receipts from Desktop

You can upload receipt images directly from your computer using the web dashboard.

Go to Expenses

Open the Expenses page from the sidebar

Click Upload

Click the upload button in the top action bar

Select a file

Choose an image (JPEG, PNG) or PDF from your computer

Wait for processing

Yomio's AI processes the receipt and extracts line items. The new expense appears in your list once processing completes.

💡Same Upload Limits

Web uploads count toward the same quota as mobile uploads — 5 lifetime for Free, 100/month for Premium.

Web vs Mobile Differences

The web dashboard and mobile app share the same data and most features. A few differences to note:

  • • Widgets, quick actions, and share extension are mobile-only (they use native OS features)
  • • Push notifications are mobile-only — the web dashboard does not send browser notifications
  • • Biometric authentication (Face ID, fingerprint) is mobile-only
  • • Camera scanning is mobile-only — the web uses file upload instead
  • • The web dashboard provides a larger screen for analytics charts and data tables
